Owner not responsible for any damage or loss of guests belongings
Guests will be responsible for any damage or losses to cottage or property during their stay (excludes normal wear and tear)
Guests will be asked to leave if any disorderly conduct, destruction of property, or illegal activity takes place on property with NO REFUND.
